Our ANDTEK Ressource Center (ARC) supports you in setting up your attendant console, answer questions about how to use the desktop client and how to speed up daily communications. Please make sure to have your contract number available when contacting the ARC Attendant Console service desk. ARC is part of ANDTEK service offerings and requires that you have an active service contract to access the ARC Attendant Console service.

Working on multiple operating systems, like Windows (including Vista), Mac OS X and Linux gives you a single communications client for the whole enterprise.

By leveraging your unified communications infrastructure in combination with AND Phone business applications you implement voice recording, corporate-wide directories, manager/assistant services and productivity tools - all accessible within AND Desktop.

AND Desktop is available in three different versions depending on your communications need:

AND Desktop CTD (Click-to-Dial)

Use your AND Desktop software to call phone numbers directly out of various applications like MS Word, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat or from Web sites.
AND Desktop CTI (Computer Telephony Integration)

Additional services are available to get the status of other phone users, integration of corporate directories and manager/assistant services.
AND Desktop AC (Attendant Console)

This version of AND Desktop offers additional services for queuing incoming calls, call fallback and services to handle large call volumes.
